Refund policy
Because all items on our store are custom printed and created uniquely for you the moment you place an order, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges, and we cannot accept packages sent back to our personal business address. Please review the sizing charts and product details carefully on each product page before finalizing your purchase, as all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives physically damaged, has a visible manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item completely, we want to make it right immediately!
To report an issue, please contact us at contact@thomasina.store within 14 days of your package being delivered. Please do not attempt to ship any items back. To process a solution, your email must include:

Your official order number.

Clear, well-lit photos showing the damage, printing defect, or the incorrect item label.
Once verified by our printing team, we will instantly process a brand-new replacement order or issue a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages that fail to arrive, all claims must be submitted to contact@thomasina.store no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please note that if a carrier tracking number confirms the package was successfully "Delivered" to your inputted address, we are legally unable to issue a free replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items & Cancellations
Because every product is entirely customized, we cannot accept order cancellations or changes (such as size, color, or shipping address modifications) once an order has cleared and entered production with our manufacturing partners. Additionally, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or digital gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, because our products fall under the category of bespoke, custom-made goods (manufactured on-demand to order), please contact us directly at contact@thomasina.store to resolve any statutory queries regarding your specific order batch.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a verified printing defect or damage issue, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account balance as well.
